wonderful neighbors horrible management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
Since the management removed Claire the property manager the place went downhill- repairs do not happen in timely manner and owner is rude, nasty and horrible to deal with- he threatens elderly tenants and keeps order by fear
