While the building is mostly adequate, the landlord is a nightmare. He is litigious (google him if you don't belive me), and always seems rude, insensitive, and manipulative. Pay particular attention to the lease, and note that it has an automatic renewal, with a hefty rate increase, that you can't get out of unless you inform him you are leaving several months before the lease is up. He has a reputation among residents I spoke with for being abusive, and for not returning any of the security deposit.

If you sign a lease with him, you will regret it.
