Landlord is abusive to tenants (extremely) and will steal your deposit.
Avoid renting at this property.

Before renting please do a Goggle search on Alan G. Pearlman he has been brought up on unlicensed practice of law; has over a 100 legal actions in Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights Municipal Courts- the summary from the Ohio Supreme Court and Appellate court are very telling about Mr. Pearlman's character. Be an informed consumer learn about your landlord!
