I enjoyed living here

I lived at Liberty Hill for almost two-and-a-half years and really enjoyed myself.
The apartments are nice and well laid out (I did miss not having a walk-in closet, though).
And you can't beat having your own garage complete with clicker included in the price of rent.
I did have a problem with noisy neighbors downstairs.
Because it is in such an excellent school district, you'll encounter residents who are cramming 7 or 8 people into a 2 bedroom apartment.
I lived upstairs from people who had their adult children AND grandchildren packed into 1100 square feet.
If you end up in a place where neighboring apartments have three or fewer people in them, consider yourself fortunate.
The major downside of the place is that it's not easily accessible from the interstate; it literally is a good 10 minute drive from 422 (and I speed).
Solon's not as centrally located as Shaker Heights or Beachwood, but if you work in Solon, Aurora, Twinsburg, Macedonia, etc., you're in good commuting shape.
I did not have the same experience as the person who wrote the first entry as far as the security deposit is concerned.
Goldberg was running a $99 security deposit special (I worked for the Cleveland Clinic) at the time of my move in.
I had a really hard time getting the stove totally clean and there were a couple of spots on the carpet, so I was dinged $30 and ended up getting back $69 of my deposit.
Now granted, that was the first time I'd ever received back anything less than all of my security deposit, but I did get back almost 70% in this case.
