You will be very sorry if you move into this complex. This complex offers newly renovated apartments for a higher price. Don't bother with this!!! I have had to call for repairs to the carpet, walls, toilet, sinks, dishwasher, disposal, leaky ceilings, broken water pipes and the A/C. I have even been 5 days without heat in the winter months and a weak without hot water. Both the leasing office and maintenance crew were extremely rude and unprofessional and it took days for someone to respond to the calls. I was often told that the repairs were not legitimate!!! The first night I moved in my car was vandalized!!! I used to think that Solon was a decent place to live, but obviously it is not. I have spoken to my neighbors and they are very unhappy as well Several families have already moved out of the complex. I would recommend moving to Twinsburg or Aurora if you are looking in this area.
