We thankfully moved out 3 months ago.

The management is nasty.

If you are thinking of using the clubhouse or the pool, the employees act like you are invading their personal space.

We needed our airconditioner serviced 4 to 5 times in 3 months.

My bill was over $200 a month before they figured it was venting into the stairwell.

No compensation or apologies.

We asked them to put salt over an icy area by the garages for an elderly neighbor.

The management told us it was not a common area and they would not.

We were also told that there were no pets in the apartment since my husband has allergies.

He had a terrible reaction and we had to threaten to call the board of health before they cleaned the vents.

If you do rent MAKE SURE THEY'VE CHANGED YOUR LOCKS! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I have had the same experience with the pool and workout facilities. The leasing staff acts quite snobby and does act like you are invading their space. I find it extremely unprofessional that the staff often chats on their cell phone and paints and files their nails while on the job. You are not getting paid to sit around and chat with your co-workers out at the pool.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Please rest assured that keys get changed after each resident moves out - that is company policy. Although I was not an employee of Liberty Hill until recently, I sincerely apologize for any poor experience you encountered. I cannot change the past but should you decide to rent with us again or refer your friends to us, I can personally make sure nothing like that happens again. If the first response from 10/2008 is a current resident and has any questions/concerns or comments, please bring it to my attention and I'd be happy to tend to the matter. All the best, Jordan Monnier Assistant Property Manager Liberty Hill Apartments (440) 248-8373
