Woman was hit and robbed on Hamilton Court by gun wielding assailants and a drug bust on Franklin Court and sexual battery involving a juvinile report in news.
Leasing agents and property manager get changed almost every year.
Rents get increased endlessly.
Property is dark at nights.
This property is a few decades old (70's) and has basic features.
I heard about mold and rat problems in some apartment buildings but it was taken care of.
There is one telephone jack and one cable jack.
One unit had a wierd smell, perhaps from pets.
Lower apartments will hear louder noise of creaking floor from tenants walking on upper floor.
Some of the buildings are remodeled, which means newer kitchen cabinets, kitchen tiles and higher rent.
The kitchen platform and cabinets are smallish.
The recreation area is a convex piece of open land'! Single pane glass windows are smaller and may mean dark apartment interiors in summer and darker apartment interiors in depressing Cleveland winter.
Management is fine.
Some garages are tiny and will barely fit some larger vehicles.
I think the leasing agents get commission compensation but not sure.
Maintenance staff is prompt.
And the nice Jordan Monnier does not work here any more.
New fitness center is nice but small.

Most buildings at Liberty Hill have concrete between the floors, making the sound barriers much better than in newer buildings. There are many updates throughout the community and the clubhouse and fitness center will be receiving a major transformation at the beginning of 2011. The fitness center will be larger and open 24/7. The floor plans are larger than any others that you will find in the area, and the community is nestled in the middle of the Liberty Hill development of homes, condos and apartments. You get to take adavantage of close access to all shopping and dining, but also get to come home to peace and privacy. No matter where you are looking to live, I know this for sure: you need to visit yourself to form your own opinions on what is comfortable for your lifestyle - and also to make sure you have correct information on what a community offers.
