i just got the keys to the place and i am already regretting it. they didn't replace the carpet and the previous tenants destroyed it. they didn't even clean it or bother to vacuum it before they gave me the keys. there is an infestation of bedbugs and roaches there, me and my 2 kids stayed there for one night and my 3 week old baby got eaten alive by the bedbugs. i haven't stayed there in a week and a half and only just now has the carpet been cleaned (not replaced, and a crappy job cleaning it), and the exterminatior hasn't been there yet. the dishwasher is broken, full of water with dead roaches in it and it won't drain. when i first went up to the apartment i couldn't get my key out of the deadbolt and someone had to come spray DW-40 in the lock so it would turn back. i'm wondering how much longer i am going to have to keep staying with people before i can go home to a clean bug free environment with my kids. and another bad thing is my neighbors- wierd! they sound like they are sacrificing animals over there.... there is nowhere to park if you get there after 4 or 5 by my apartment entrance, in fact, my boyfriend came over the night we stayed there and he had to leave because there were NO spaces to park in. now i know why they kept saying the apartment wasn't ready- they wanted my deposit before i saw what a horrid mess it was.

you need to call the corporate office sweetie, and keep calling them..Flaherty and Collins.. i think they are in coloumbus..call them asap..see if you can get out of there..or else you will regret it..tell them the reasons why you dont want to live there now...call coporate they will do something
