it's been a bit over a year now and i am still here...getting ready to move!!! the roaches come and go... there's a space in the wall where they're coming from next door and i can SMELL my neighbors- and they're gross. someone is blasting music in the parking lot and the hallways stinks like weed. i still don't recommend it to anyone, now you pay your own gas bill, and you don't have a meter- get this, it's ESTIMATED on your square footage. good luck.
