DO NOT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS. THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NEVER GET ANYTHING TAKEN CARE OF. THE MAINTENCE IS SHORT STAFFED CAUSING MAINTENCE ISSUES A LONG TIME TO BE ADDRESSED. YOU HAVE TO CONT. TO CALL JUST TO HAVE THINGS FIXED OR TAKEN CARE OF. THERE IS ALOT OF NOISE AND PEOPLE OUTSIDE. MY CAR HAS BEEN HIT 3 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS WHERE THE OTHER OFFENDER JUST HIM MY CAR AND TOOK OFF. THE POLICE ARE ALWAYS MONITORING THE PREMISES, WHICH MAKES ME FEEL SAFE. THE POOL IS NOT OPEN AND THE PLAY GROUND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS. THE TENNIS COURT IS NOT WORKING AND THE BASKETBALL COURT IS NOT GREAT EITHER. THIS PROPERTY NEEDS ALOT OF WORK BOTH INSIDE(OFFICE) AND OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY. I MOVED HERE BECAUSE THEY ACCEPTED SECTION 8 BUT THEY ARE BASICALLY SLUM LORDS. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE.
