I hate this place!! OK first the leaseing agents were really nice, and then when our central air stopped working in the middle of July they were no where to be found. I called day after day to try to get my air fixed, we live on the top floor of the building and it's like living in hell! They told me that they would move me to the top of the maintance list. It has been 3 weeks and it's still not fixed. The apartments are not worht the money, I get a student discount and it's still not worth the money. Take your money to a better place. Laundry facility is gross!

Again - we fired the staff that was not competant enough to get the job done. We are problem free now, and plan on staying that way.

i live in blossom also and the place had its problems but since the change in staff things have been great we have to consider that there are 12 apts per bldg.and a lot of traffic throughout the bldgs. the cleaning staff does a great job in cleaning up after us. if then laundry room is a mess talk to your neighbors about picking up after thier selves

You're problem free? That is the BIGGEST lie I've ever heard. Your staff are the most incompetent, rude, unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. Your treatment of your residents is horrendous and your apartments (esp. the older ones) are shoddy and cheap looking. If you think you don't have problems, you obviously haven't talked to the people that I have...
