The apartments are cheap and affordable for those who need that; however with that cheap comes some problems.
I have lived at the apartments for 10 months now, and had a problem with the heater when it started getting cold, they came and fixed the problem in reasonable time. Other problems didn't seem too bad.
My major problem is the air conditioner. It took 21 days to get my air conditioner fixed, and that included me going to the office 8 or 9 times, calling twice to the office on the premises and then actually looking up the management company's phone number and email address and having to go through them to get something done. Everytime I talked to onsite management they said it would be fixed the next day. It took 5 different visits to finally fix the air conditioner problem. Then it worked for a little bit (maybe a month) started leaking all over the carpet, ruining the wall, which took two personal visits for them to come and fix that problem and then of course the air conditioner stopped working again for the hottest week of the year (temps in 95-100 degrees). Again they said that they would fix it and again it is still not done after talking to them two times about it. I honestly think that the management is so shady, they may seem nice to your face, but they are also not telling you the truth. When my lease is up I am definitely moving out. If you value air conditioning, speedy maintenance or trustworthy management then I don't suggest living here.

The points of this response are valid, however, we have fired the old property manager and maintenance supervisor and have made excellent changes at the property. We apologize for the bad experience and assure any and all new residents that it is a great community to live in.

We just moved in and have the same problem and it is a year later from your review! Have been to the office about 5 times now and promises, promises. After our lease is up, we will move out also and not recommend this place to anyone. How hard is it to get the air conditioner fixed which is part of our contract? You advertise that these units have air conditioning. It should say non working air conditioning! We still have to pay timely rent but you don't have to timely fix our a/c? I also believe safety is an issue around the property.
