BEWARE From: micheleg@akronymca.org Date posted: 9/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Please if you are thinking about renting here please think again. We have lived here since May of 2007 and have had numerous problems broken dishwasher not replaced like said leak in the bathroom sink that took 2 weeks to repair. the maintenance staff is horrible. it takes forever and they are not professional at all. The big attraction that they sold to us was a Rec. center that was supposed to be built in 2006 (at least that is what the sign in the front yard of the complex states) is still not complete. Our pool was down all summer long my kids got to use it once on Memorial Day weekend I think that is was the 1st weekend and the only weekend it was open. We had a fire on September 9th 2007 caused from a faulty wiring problem to date NO ONE has come to even fix the problem with the wiring needless to say I do not have electricity to the back half of the apartment still. It could have killed my son it caught his bed on fire while he was sleeping in it. NO ONE CARES HERE AT ALL. Take my advise DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!
