All of the previous posts for this property could have been written by me! I've had all the same problems and of course they are still using the same old BS stating that they are reorganizing management. Both my bathroom and kitchen sinks have flooded, ruining my property, and after they were "fixed", the continued to leak. The maintenance staff doesn't seem to be able to get anything right the first time or second time something is worked on. I also have rodents living in the vents above my bathroom, from which the maintenance staff has removed trashbags full of nest but they are still living up there. My heat didn't work for the 1st 2 weeks I lived there and it was 50 degrees outside and inside my apartment thanks to them not checking it before I moved in. My a/c stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and it took them 2 tries, 2 months, and finally a new a/c unit to fix it. In the office it seems that the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing, it's as it they don't even speak to each other. Phone messages rarely get returned, the emergency maintenance line doesn't quite understand the definition of emergency, they have office hours, but are never actually in the office, they're out showing apartments to new suckers. The parking lots are not lit, the trash dumpsters are not in walking distance at all and if they are they're 20 ft tall and you better have a good arm to throw your trash away. All I can say is if you're going to live here, you better have the patience of Jesus Christ!
