manager who finally cares From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   i have been here for almost 4 years and have been through this new company rehabing the building and seen new people come and go but finally property seems to have a manager that is getting apartment things done that need to be done. i had went and spoke with him last week about some issues i had and unlike prior attempts of getting things done he got his staff right on it and the problem was fixed that day. it seems he also cares abotu customer service and getting the property back to the way it was when it was originally rehabed a year and a half ago. i am getting readt to resign my renewal next week with the hopes that the good things will continue and the prior problems are behind.
