We spent 1 year here... beautiful apartment but wised up when we realized we could BUY a house for less than what we were paying in rent. The office staff was slow to respond questions, and seemed bothered when you needed anything. We too noticed the handy men dipped into our fridge during a maintenance call. If you do move in, be careful when you move out. We were well overcharged for cleanup fees. Our unit was spotless when left and still got a bill for $300. There plenty of quality communities in this area, for much less $$$.
