Apt location is great. Stay away, though, as the concierge and property manager are both disorganized and untruthful. Leasing staff are great; problem is they believe what they tell you about quick resolution to problems. Since property manager/concierge are responsible for handling problems (and don't do so!), issues require constant reminding/requesting. Maintenance is pretty good, even though the new buildings weren't constructed well so are having lots of maintenance problems and breakdowns. Unfortunately maintenance is way understaffed and given substandard materials to use. Due to with total disorganization in scheduling/communicating (by concierge and property manager), expect long delays in getting repairs done (if they get done at all). Unfortunately the two people at the top will tell tenants what the tenants want to hear, and then will do nothing to resolve the problem. This was the case for us and many of our neighbors. More focus is spent on curb appeal than apt maintenance. Noise is a problem, but not handled. Insulation of apts is very poor, so expect high air conditioning & heating bills.
