Me and my roommates have lived at Heron Springs for the last three years. During the last three years so many issues have come up and very little is resolved. The exercise equiptment is always broken and there is not enough for the quantity of residents. The pool is too small and the hot tub is a joke!! The neighbors are not of the highest quality as the police are constantly called into the apartment complex. We have personally seen a man cuffed and taken out of an apartment. Most recently neighbors have taken to setting off fire works in the middle of the night when everyone has to work in the morning. We were forced to call the police but the neighbor hid. The noise from the highway also makes us feel as if we live in a truck stop. For the amount of money we pay to live here you think it would be a better place!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You can get much better else where!!

This must all happen when I'm at work. I've never witnessed any of this and lived here for 3 years with no problems.
