I lived there for a year before buying a house. The fact that they take dogs (large and small) was the deciding factor for me. I really liked living there and the staff was always super friendly. I forgot to pay the rent a few times and they were always very courteous and understanding about it, I think they even waived the late fee. I lived right near the trail which was really cool with the dog. All my neighbors were nice, quiet and generally kept to themselves. The only downside is that its kinda out of the way if you don't work or go to school close. Overall I think its a good place.
