We have been here for two years and are ready more than ever to get out.The answer to the dog poop problem is not having a company come in and have the residents pay for them to pick it up. There is dog poop on some sidewalks and poop on back porches. There are two trees that have fallen down in the green area and they have been ignored for over a month. Our breezeway is full of litter and leaves and has been that way since last fall. Vizmeg Landscaping would have already been here at least 3 times and it looked fantastic and I have yet to see the same results from the new company. We are very dissappointed and are frankly sick of asking why things are this way.

I am not sure we are talking about the same property. I live at Hidden Lake and the "poop" probelem is being handled. The residents have not been asked to pay for the removal service. The management has told me they are paying it. I have yet to receive a bill so I believe them. As for Vizmeg, they were very unprofessional, the workers were rude not always wearing vizmeg shirts to identify themselve, leaving there equipment everywhere and even going shirtless. Maybe the new company didn't come out yet but I have no doubt they will. Sounds like you just want to complain.

I work in the field of tenant/landlord law, and I have received numerous complaints about this property. Most of these complaints relate to the new management, CAPREIT, Inc. I have also spoken with individuals who have been injured because of CAPREIT's failure to maintain the property. This is not an isolated incident, with just one person complaining. It is widespread.

I completely agree with this post, and nobody is cleaning up the dog poop from what I've seen. I called maintenance just last week about the dog poop and it's everywhere off my back patio. To those who have dogs in this complex: BE RESPONSIBLE AND PICK UP YOUR DOG'S ****.
