It wasn't a pleasant experience for us. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on above us..including bathroom noises!! We had a dog urinating over our barbeque, another dog got loose and came after me and mine while walking. We left as soon as our 9mo lease was up and found a larger place with more quiet and privacy for far less money just up the road.
