Not sure if staying after lease is up

Me and my spouse moved in here last year, after touring the model home, which was very nice. To have an upgraded apartment, (new kitchen, white trim, taupe walls, new mirrors, hardware, etc) it is an extra 100 dollars a month. They told us our apartment would have stainless steel appliances, but when we got our apt, they were all black. We called down to let them know to not charge us for the upgrade, since we didnt have new stainless steel appliances, but they said black was an upgrade too, which they forgot to tell us when we signed our lease. If you dont get home from work before 7 or 8, forget finding a parking spot right by your entrance, and a 1 car garage is 60 bucks a month!! You can only have 3 guests at the pool with you, even when there's not many people down there, and the workout room gets pretty hot. The overall apartment is nice, but kind of small, with some minor things that need fixed up. I guess i would recommend it to someone who has the money to spend, but i personally think its too pricey, they charge you for every little thing, and i dont know if i want to stay. The only reason i would stay is because i hate moving and we are on the third floor so it will be a pain.
