We have been living in our apartment in the Hidden Lake complex for a year now and have delt with nothing but problem after problem! We have had our vehicles vandilized, we have signed paper work from the leasing office stating that it was ok for us to use any type of cable provider and after we paid for the installation and programing on the date of installation our leasing office instructed us to cancel the service and installation due to them having some kind of general complex solution, there are several police cars in our parking lot late at night about twice a month because of somthing or another happening, we still have not figured out why, half of the equipment in the "free 24 hour fitness center" is and has been labeled broken for about 6 months when we first moved in, not sure if that issue has been resolved as we saw no point to go back and use faulty equipment! We frequently have had to park in front of other apartments and walk across the parking lot to get to our apartment due to people who don't live here parking in our spots and when managment was informed they responded by saying there was simply nothing they could do for us. I hate to say it because the complex is very appealing visually, but we will not be renwing our lease due to the lack in proffesional managment.

The resident is crazy we have no contracts for providers none of the equipment is broke and is in use in our fitness center. They probably owe money and don't like what they are being told. All of this is nothing but lies!!
