I have lived at Hidden Lake for 5 years. When I first moved in I thought for what others had to offer I was getting a great deal, new kitchen, new flooring, updated paint everything. Come to find out five years later not many of my neighbors have the same as I do and they pay a lot less and they have kindley raised my rent 50.00 this year!! I use to pay a 20.00 water bill and now I get one for 63.00!!! and they try to tell me that is my usage. my gas bill this winter was in excess of 100.00 per month my windows leak cold air, and to top it off in the dead of winter my neighbors hot water tank blew up and leaked all over my apartment. I was with out water for 2 days. I walk my dog and it is a vast field of dog stuff every where!!! my neighbors are infested with coak roachs, and the ones who live across from me have mice the size of cats!! This place is way over priced and not maintained very well at all. My lease is up in July and I plan to run not walk to somewhere else. I would think twice before you live at Hidden Lake. I'm sure others have the same problems
