Hidden Lakes is a great place to live. The staff isnt in your face everyday, they dont just go into your apt without notice. They are very professional about everything and very helpful. the only thing bad i can say about them is that when you call the after hours patrol officer and leave him a voicemail it doesnt seem like the problem gets resolved. my neighbors think its ok to have the radio blasting past midnight so i called the patrol officer and left him 4 msgs and nothing was ever done about it. so i had to go in the office the next morning and complain to the office staff. if your on call then you need to be willing to stop whatever your doing and take care of the residents!!!

They don't have a patrol officer. Just drunk maintenace people who are to out of it to answer the phone. Can't put a good Bud down!!
