I am disappointed to read some of the less than positive comments posted on this website about our community. I hope that our Residents who have anonymously posted on this site will contact me directly so we can discuss a satisfactory solution to any issues they may be having. To those looking for an apartment, I hope you keep in mind that unfortunately many of us are quick to complain and slow to praise. I can say with a great deal of confidence that the majority of our Residents are very satisfied with Hidden Lake Apartments. I encourage you to come and see for yourself! Look at Royal Oaks in North Royalton, they have the exact same form letter from their manager. (you would think they would change them up a bit) These properties are owned by the same management company. (Also Dover Farms) Makes you wonder why they are making the managers put out a form letter. Damage control? Makes you think, go to JVM Realty's website and research all of their properties and you will see a trend. Do your research before you lease anywhere.
