Decent Place

After attending Kent State University and living in ghetto/college apartments, I was looking for something a little nicer. This was close to what I was looking for.
Overall spacious 2 bed/1.5 bath. Middle of the road for price. Rarely heard the neighbors, except for their occasional dog bark or going up/down stairs.
Leaving was a bit shady. We got charged almost $200 for a few small (smaller than a dime) reddish spots on the carpet, which were from my dog's food. I thought $200 was a bit steep (since I bought a house and realize the entire room could have been done for under $100!) Also, they charged us another $100 for random things - and I had never been charged leaving any of my old apartments.
Overall a decent place.

Do the damage, either fix it or pay the price. Hine sight is always 20/20, I am sure you didn't want to fix it so you handed in your keys, then you leave it up to management to have it fixed. Prices always seem higher when your paying them then when you are charging them.
