I lived at Huntington Hills for 2 years with my two children. We enjoyed living there. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was done the same day that I requested it. Management is very particular about how the grounds are kept and how tenants conduct themselves, but that just ensures that the community is nice place for all residence. The pool is always immaculate and the rules and expectations are always clear. I've not received my deposit back, but once I cleaned the unit the manager took the time to walk through with me to ensure that I did everything that I needed to receive my full deposit back (of course, there was no damage to my unit). They are even making it easier for me by paying my final water and sewer bill out of my deposit-very convenient for me!! Overall, I would say that Huntington Hills is a great place to live-I would recommend it to anyone!
