it is a shame that you are reduced to a $ figure when you reside there.
i believe in karma...what you dish out comes back to you like a boomerang.

I am sorry if the author of this review felt that way. Somethings in the collection of delinqent rent or damages it is about the $money and it is good to not make it personal.

They seem to be referring to something they didn't care to elaborate on. It would have been nice if they elaborated on the low scores they gave. It's hard to give much merit to their comment.
