Huntington Hiils is the most afordable, --- is mgr. and she is wonderful! --- is the mtce. guy and he is wonderful! The apartments are clean, up to date, spacious, perfect home for all family types. Parking is great, I just have NO complaints whatsoever. Trust me, it is worth every penny and would recommend to anyone, I already have!

Yeah, you would think with all the rent money they could keep the sidewalks and parking area clear. Only 2 ---es was it plowed and the genius plowed snow blocking garages and people into parking spots and everything is constantly covered in ice....salt can't cost that much, take a dollar from everyones rent and go buy a big bag. The grounds are disgusting. Garbage and poop everywhere. Appliances suck. All old and falling apart. Stop fixing 25 year old appliances and just buy a new one. cheap.

I agree with the above-reference responses. The sidewalks are NEVER plowed. When the parking lots are plowed, the snow is pushed so high you can never get from your car to your apartment....it's like a very high wall you need to climb to your castle. The owners of the property would be MUCH BETTER OFF WITHOUT --- and --- as property managers.

I expect them to do the same thing every other apartment complex in Northeast Ohio does for the same amount of rent money and that is to throw a little salt down. And if they don't get up early enough to take care of it then they should hire the same service that salts and plows the condos on the same property. If they can be salted and plowed during a blizzard or light snowfall (and anything in between) then I think the same can be done for the renters. Bottom line is cheap. Why give your tenants plows more than once a winter or salt more than once a week when the renter can just pay the hospital bill for the broken leg. The response on 7/23 is not accurate. If you have never had a problem with snow and ice at HH then you must not leave your home much. idiot.

To the author of this review - you cannot post more than one review. As you can tell by your responses - they are dated before your review. The manager and her friends aren't as smart as they think they are. The tenants aren't as stupid as the manager thinks.
