Reponses were made to the manager's comment from 3/26:
FYI I don't need to have other people write reviews because I could
care less what is wrote on this site.
All the reponses to her comment were negative.Since that comment was made and she received such negativity, I see that she has since removed her response.
What kind of person is managing Huntington Hills'
All the tenants need to be made aware of how she really is. She also stated
that she will never be fired because she is the manager and she can't fire
herself. Never say never....Because the OWNER of Huntington Hills can fire
the manager...

I agree with you 100%
If the "actual" owners knew anything .... they would get ride of the current managers and hire new ones....
Do you realize that if you tell 5 people and they each tell 5 people....in a few years hopefully EVERY person will know the truth about Huntington Hills.
Only when the apartments are EMPTY will the "actual" owners then know where the problem lies....MANAGEMENT...sucks...
DO NOT MOVE IN THERE....

If you were unhappy then why wait a year to post something? With regards to the response above. The really happy tenants, the ones who follow the rules, pay their rent and move out leaving their place nice are the ones who have for 30 years spread the word on how nice it is and how attentive the current Management and Maintenance are. We have been here 12 years that is why we are such a nice place to live. I hope you find the place you are looking for and wish you the best.

I found out who the actual owners are by going to Summit County Clerk of Courts online and looking at all the law suits they are suing for or have sued for etc.. they are listed on there ... I think printing all this out and mailing it to Cleveland will be a good thing for all.
