I live at Huntington Hills and think it is great. I know that every neigborhood have a few bad apples. You can't blame management for them. The manager and maintenance have been very attentive to my needs, I do know of a couple of neighbors who complain but feel they would no matter where they would live. With regards to pets, I do have a dog and I do pick up but have seen other not. I always say something to them when I see them. How is that managements fault. If you live here you should not just rely on telling management, be strong enough to tell the person doing wrong.
I have also been late on my rent, Amy never made me feel bad. She has thanked me for letting her know and explained that after a certain day it was beyond her control. I signed the lease and knew what fees it would cost to be late. People need to get a life and stop blaming everything on Management or Maintenance. With regards to snow removal, it is winter and you have to expect some snow. I have seen the plow truck 3 and 4 times a day and sidewalks are cleared to,it does blow over but they do try.
I don't want people to think that Huntington Hills is bad, it is not! I have lived here for 5 years and if it was not nice I would of moved. The people who left reviews that lived here numerous years, why if it was so bad'
I wanted a true and honest opinion to prevail

You are one of the lucky ones so far. But eventually, one day, you too will have to deal with how unprofessional the manager is. Good Luck.....

Thank you to who ever wrote this review, Tim and myself appreciate people saying nice stuff. Most people who use this site are only using it to be negative. In 30 years of business you will have people who are not happy. We try our best and most know that. People who don't pay rent on time, don't follow rules and want to mount a case where there isn't one so that upon moving out they feel justified in leaving their place in poor condiiton.
