This is a great place to live. The rent is reasonable, pets are welcome, and the staff is wonderful. I have lived here for a few years and never had a problem. When things break, the maintenance man, Tim is right around the corner to fix it! Tim is very quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have had some problems with a leaky shower and toilet, Tim would come over after hours to make sure that these problems were fixed right away. Also, one time my heat wasn't working and I have young children, Tim was working on my heat until two in the morning. He is very dedicated to his job and these apartments. The manager, Amy is also wonderful! She has a great personality, works great with tenants, and she has great management skills. she has worked with us when our rent was late once and she is very easy to talk to.
I recommend these apartments to everyone that is looking for a beautiful home, a great family environment, and great staff personal. There is so much to do here and it is close to everything. You have free access to a pool, tennis courts, fishing pond, a courtyard, and swings. Many places we looked at didn t even have one of these things! You can get to almost everything you need in under five minutes. Grocery stores, gas stations, department stores, restaurants, parks, walking/running trail, fast food, pizza places, and etc. All within five minutes!
As long as the rent stays reasonable, I will live here until we can buy a house. We are very proud of our home! I do not have any complaints about the staff, ground, or the apartments. If you are thinking about moving here you are making a great decision! You will love it here!

Wow this sounds more like a "For Rent" ad written by management than an actual review....

I agree with the above response. The manager must be having her
friends post things again since her ratings went down.

It's funny that you all have something to say about my comment, but you can even put your user name on here. You respond as anonymous! It show how coward you are. It also shows that you are really the IMMATURE one... you complain how hhmanagement is a stalker on here.... haha .... what do you think you are doing?

Thank you to the resident who wrote this. I as manager do not have access to write reviews only responses nor do I need to write things when we have wonderful residents and past resident who are proud and can write HONEST review.

Whats so different about using anonymous than using "lovemydaises" as your name. If you're so proud of the dump you live in, why don't you give your real name or your unit number so we know who you are??? Maybe its because you really are "hhmanagement" on a different account name??? I think "lovemydaises" is the one writing "false negative reviews" the famous quote of the manager who doesn't even know the difference between the words slander and libel. Its not libelous if its true and the fact that you tried to charge for a burner on a 30 year old stove and a falling apart dishwasher rack that belongs in a salvage yard makes me think that you guys are cheap and conduct poor maitenance. I lived it, I experienced it and for future renters I say MOVE ON!!!! The craftsmenship and upkeep is incredibly poor and that can be easily PROVED by looking at how many work orders have to repeatedly be filled out to get the maitenance man to fix the same exact thing over and over and over and over and over again. It should NEVER take 4-5 trips per broken appliance or heater or sliding glass door to be fixed properly, and if thats what it takes (as maitenance request slips PROVE) then that is the sign of shotty workmanship or pure laziness. Taking time away from my family and my job multiple times because you can't get something done right the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and sometimes 5th try and are too selfish to come at a time thats convenient of your tenant is way too much ask for to be paying substantial rent for junk service. Most people work or have family things going on between 9-4:30, its unrealistic to make people get maitenance only during those hours unless its a very specific emergency. And mind you, if you call after 4:30 PM and its not an emergency that they can legally be in trouble for ignoring, they will tell you to call back during the hours of 9-4:30 so you just have to sit there with the same broken stuff day after day after day until you can afford to take the time off work or can blow off your family.

Hey "hhmanagement" - of COURSE you could sign on and write a review! You could have signed up for an account under the screenname 'lovemydaisies', or had a friend write this! Your tenants and readers are NOT as stupid as you assume we are! Again, your response just shows your IMMATURITY. Do you know what that means?
