For the amount of rent I pay to live maitenance free I should just go buy my own home because I have to pay to replace everything myself anyway, and do all the work if I want it done anyway. Maitenance man is a nice guy but lets face it, he's not much of a handy man. Not sure what Huntihngton Hill's definition of on call maitenance is, but mine is not constantly calling up for the same work order just to end up taking the time and paying to fix it myself 10 tries later. Not sure what the problem is, but if you are paying to have a maitenance man, he should at least be able to maitenance things and if he can't do it then the burden should be on management to pay an outside source to do it. When you run an apartment complex you are responsible for maintaining it and I am not sure why that is such a hard concept for this team. I haven't had any issues with parking or noise, but I could also live in a cardboard box in the middle of the field and get the same ammenities and maitenance care that I get at Huntington Hills. I pay my rent on time so management can't respond to this and say thats my problem. I also haven't damaged the property the property or caused any issues with fellow tenants so they can't really come back with that response either. I am just a good paying tenant that would like the things that break fixed but I didn't know I would have to rub a magic genie to get that to actually happen. Huntington Hills has the potential to be a greata place, but a great place requires decent upkeep and maitenance. Maitenance issues that are ignored, or are done with as much skill as my 5 year old with a screw driver is not the way to run a decent property with happy tenants.

I am so glad that more and more people are finally realizing how horrible management is at Huntington Hills. The manager really tries
to get more money out of you when you move out. Make sure all your
money is accounted for. When my family and I lived there we always
had a toilet problem. We were told that these were independent units,
but when a certified plumber had to come in and fix it properly, then
we were told that the units were tied in together. It seems like they
always are changing their story to whatever the situation is at the
time. I have always said this, the manager is the problem. Nothing
will ever change at Huntington Hills as long as the current manager
is there. I am also sure that she will have one of her friends post a
good review so her ratings go back up. That's her style, when the ratings
go down, someone just happens to post a good review so her ratings go
back up. She must think people are stupid. If she spent as much time
taking care of her tenants as she does to post rude things about people,
Huntington Hills might actually be a nice place to live. Good Luck to
all the people who currently live at Huntington Hills, because you will
certainly need it when move out.
