Inconsistent

I would have to say that inconsistent is the word to describe Huntington Hills. When I first came to the property, I was apprehensive because I had owned a home and hadn't lived in a apartment since I was in my early twenties. I was very pleased at first. And yes, the fixtures are old and the appliances are out of date. But if they were nicer and newer than the rent would be more. But the management is not always good. Sometimes when you call you get a nice pleasant repsonse and sometimes you feel like you are bothering them by asking a question. I understood the Manager's job is to help the tenants, so why when you ask a question, does she make you feel like you are interrupting her work? And the rules are not enforced fairly. Some people get away with things that we get a note on our door for the first infraction. Maybe instead of spending time issueing papers to people about the parking, when there is ample parking, they should spend time fixing the problems people have in their units and taking care of their grounds. I understand there are rules but they are taking things overboard.

This site is designed for complainers, not for true representation of the complex. We have had hundreds for residents over the years and to have a few people who are upset because they did not follow the rules is to be expected. Personal attackes show immaturaty.

I guess it's true that some things never change. I cannot believe that HH still has the same management after years and years of complaints regarding her and the shotty maintenance. I guess in this economy, a little money is better than no money at all...but come on!! Owners when will you realize that your ratings are low because of who you have in the Leasing Office??? A 56 percent rating in anything is a "FAILING" grade and you are failing your tenants as well as yourself by not replacing the current management. You cannot continue to do the same thing and have different results......it's just not a good business practice.
