I lived in Huntington Hills for a little over three years. I liked that it was near plenty of shopping and also close to downtown Hudson.
I had a nice place with a fireplace which I used often. I find the store bought logs worked the best with it. When having a lady over, the fireplace and a bottle of wine was a nice touch, especially when the snow started to fall.
During my time there, they replace my garage door & refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised on both, because I thought that each could have been repaired (but I did like the new things).
I have read some of the previous comments. In the winter of 2007, I too was angry with the plowing company that did not show at all on the weekends until Sunday evening. I understand that company was not brought back, and the last two winters the snow removal has been much better. This last winter the snow was always cleared by the time I left for work in the morning and by the time I got home in the evening.
Depending on which building you are in, parking can be tight, especially on the weekends. Usually I just always parked in my garage.
Again reading the comments about the office. I never experienced anything like what was written in the previous comments posted. Every time I visited the office, who ever was at the desk was always polite & professional. Any questions or concerns were promptly taken care of.
Finally a word on maintenance. I am biased, because I think Tim (head of maintenance) is a great guy. He is an easy guy to talk to, and we usually would always end up talking about one of those TV home remodeling shows. When ever I had an issue, he always got back to me within a day (usually that day), even if it could not be corrected that day.

This is not one of Amy's friends writing this review. It is Amy, herself. This is what she does. Instead of trying to improve the living conditions of the property, she sits in the office and waits for reviews and then writes a good review in an attempt to raise the ratings. 52% is FAILING......Owners take a look at who is managing your property and fix that problem.
