Spacious - good for the price

Nice townhouse style apartments, with 3 available layouts. 2 bedrooms upstairs with optional 1.5 or 2.5 baths. Washer and dryer included. Very roomy for an apartment for 1 or 2 people. Very nice layouts.
Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and workout room. All well kept, although the workout room could use a new stationary bike or two.
The parking is adequate, unless you have several guests over, a short walk may be involved.
Not as quiet as it used to be. The design was for non-children complex. But the government ruined that so now there are too many children around. It gets very loud in the summer, especially around the pool area.
