Lived at Mannington for nearly a year before bought a house. The managers were excellent - very responsive! When I was locked out of my house at 9:00pm, it took just 5 minutes before one of the maintenance guys picked me up at the clubhouse and let me back in. When a water heater leak occurred next door, the managers had a carpet company in my place within the hour to suck up the water.
The fitness center is a bit sparse (one treadmill, stairmaster, bicyle and a weight machine), but is open 24 hours.
In general, although there are kids, it's a pretty quiet place. You can leave your windows open at night, and you generally don't hear any noise. Plus, we rarely heard noise from our neighbors on the other side of the wall.
