This is the first apartment we've lived in on our own and I have to say I am impressed! The office staff is so nice and the maintenance men are awesome as well. We have had minor maintenance needs in our apartment and they solved the problem in a timely manner! The complex overall is quite and homey. There is plenty of room to walk dogs and the outdoor grills and playgrounds are a definite plus! I would have to say we have no complaints about the building, staff or even parking!
We did have a small problem with our water bill the first month but I contacted the property manager and they solved it with no problems! The only down side to living here is At&t has not set up service out in this area and we are stuck with crappy time warner!
The 2 bedroom apartments are perfect for a couples or a single person, however, I would not recommend living with more than one child because play space is limited inside.

You're delusional. Watched the news lately? The guy who entered THREE SCHOOLS WITH A LOADED GUN POSING AS A DARE OFFICER b/c he thought he'd get his Mall COP rocks off by impressing people LIVES IN BLDG 97! And also, there was a pedophile who had a 30 year history living at this little oasis up until a few months ago too. Additionally, just wait until winter. We moved in at the end of summer last year and got the lie that all the utilities were metered. Hope there are no old people in your bldg! They add the usage for the entire building and SPLIT IT AMONG EVERYONE. That's right - you'll be paying for your neighbor's 80-degree apt. while you may be comfy at 68 degrees. Guess they're not making enough money off the oil well in the back yard.
