The apartment overall wasn?t bad. The main problem me and my husband had was not enough storage space. We waited almost 1 year to get a garage, but we?re moving out now after a year.
This community is big (500 units) so parking can be a pain, especially nights and weekends. There is just too many cars for the amount of parking provided.
The construction quality isn?t very good (average insulation, you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking etc...). But at least the apartments are fairly new.
When we first moved in our toilet clogged (fortunatelly we had 2!). Although the maintenance staff responded quickly they couldn?t fix it even after about 4 attempts. The thing just kept on clogging. The maintenance people are nice and professional, but most problems with these apartments derive from the (cheap) way they were built and the cheapness overall. The toilet eventually fixed itself, after our downstairs neighbors moved in.
Our trash disposal was leaking but it was "fixed" the next morning. In my opinion it should have been replaced, but the "cheapness" factor probably didn?t allow it. It still leaks sometimes. One of the blinds was stuck, they replaced it. The new one broke the same way next day so we just left it alone.

One thing that we hated about this place was that it took ages to get the hot water flow (leave the water on for 5 minutes before taking your shower). They said this was normal ('). But it made our water bill higher than normal.
Grilling not allowed, and there is no picnic area provided.
They have a few neat amenities in their clubhouse (pool, excercise room, billiards table and sauna). The excercise room is small, not a whole lot you can work with. A couple of machines were faulty, but it didn?t seem they were planning to fix or replace them. It would have all been nice, if the key worked to get in there.
These guys mow the lawns way to often in my opinion (noise).
The neighborhood is safe, peacefully secluded, and tidy.
The office staff was nice (Jeanette), but for some reason she is gone' Everyone else is a little weird. It seemed impossible to get in contact with the manager.
The location is very convenient!
Overall, nice apartment for the price ($649 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, no utilities incl.).

We are now looking into moving to a smaller community with some features that we missed. We just hope we get our security deposit back...
