We currently live in Wyndham Ridge and love our apartment. We rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with den for $749/month. You get a lot of space for the money. I would agree with the previous reviewer about a couple of things...they are sort of "mass produced" and therefore, are not of the highest quality. But they?re not shoddy or poorly constructed by any means. It also takes a while to get hot water for the shower if you?re the first user.





We RARELY hear our neighbors or sounds from anyone. I?ve heard someone walking upstairs only a handful of times. I do not feel that parking is a problem if you?re willing to park BEHIND your building. Out front parking is ideal because then you don?t have to walk through the grass (and sometimes snow) around back to your car. But there?s plenty of spaces behind the building when you can?t get a front row spot. We waited for a garage BEHIND our building for about a month and have been on the waiting list for one in front of the building since we moved in. The outdoor pool is beautiful and very well kept. The workout facility is acceptable (3 treadmills, a weight unit, a bike), though the equipment isn?t always working properly. The sauna doesn?t work right now. Beautiful club room for entertaining or holding showers and parties. The office staff is not very quick to respond to you if you?re not calling about a repair though.





Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with our apartment. Great location, nice garage, in home washer and dryer, plenty of storage, very young community, lots of benefits for very reasonable rent.
