Scheduled maintenance rarely meets the legal requirement of minimum 24hr notice for suite entry. They will post a notice during the business day, once everyone is gone, that maintenance is entering your suite the next day. Most residents won't see this until at least that evening, and will have little or no notice that their privacy is being invaded the next morning. If you choose to be home when maintenance arrives, there is no time to prepare or schedule. This is simply poor planning by management, and intrusive in the worst way. In my view, as inconsiderate to the residents as they could be, this is it.
