I live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a den on 3rd floor and it is pretty decent. The construction stinks, my toilet broke which i went out and bought the piece to fix it myself bc I thought it was easier then calling people, the carpet doesn't match up to the walls, there are some slight cracks in my cathedral ceilings and nail pops as well. Rent is very cheap, i pay 599 and then 70 for a full garage. The pool is always too crowded in the summer, never enough pool chairs...The man who lives below me blasts his music/Howard stern so loud I can hear every word of what they are saying. I thought i'd say something but maybe he is deaf' The washer/dryer is small. It really doesn't seem as new inside as they seem on outside but great access to restaurants, das stations and rt 8, Although there isn't a if you want value this is it, but bells and whistles no. Oh and some guy smokes outside my door, and i think eavesdrops on me, and its gross bc i can smell the smoke...abut its better then the previous tenants where about 12 people lived in the building abd took every parking spot at every time of the day AND played the music in their cars so loud my windows shook...i think they moved back to east cleveland though.
