Arrogant and rude sums it up. Previous review concerning entry without proper legal notice is right on the money. They just don't care. It's about time residents begin to complain to legal authorities. Corporate office will not respond to complaints about the local management, they just make excuses and try to pacify. Get rid of the management, and it's not a bad place. If you like privacy and professionalism, this is not the place.

If anyone would like to start a petition regard management and the rudeness of the office staff, please post an anonymous note here at this sight and I will personally handle collecting signatures.

I was just in today (May 4th) around 5:45 and Erika was there. She was she rudest person I have ever met. I asked her for a receipt and she actually sighed and rolled her eyes. I was not going to let that happen so I said, "obviously this is a problem for you". And then there it started...she was saying rude things to me and I was shocked. I told her, "i am a good resident here and I dont deserve this." The simply replied, "uh hum whatever". I told her she has a serious attitude problem and she then said "un hum whatever". She is VERY RUDE and UGLY PERSON.
