Good location. 3rd floor apartments with vaulted ceilings are very spacious. We do not hear noise from the other apartments on our floor. Very nice resident facilities. Workout room, swimming pool, pool table & sauna. After hour key passes availible for a $35.00 dollar deposit makes it very easy to workout after clubhouse closes. Entry only by key card makes working out early mornings or at night very safe. Apartments are equipt with sprinkler systems. Beautiful spacious kitchens with loads of cabinet space. Not happy with the older woman that works in the office (not sure of her name) She wasn't very helpful nor friendly when we came in for the first time to look at the apartments. I found her to be rude and condescending. As I see from the comments by other residents, this wasn't just a isolated incident. If I have a problem or complaint, I will send my husband into the office instead of going myself. I refuse to deal with her poor attitude or be treated like I'm wasting her precious time. Management gives little to no notice before entering apartments for scheduled maint./service. They certainly do not give 24 hours notice prior to entry. This to me is very unacceptable. The landscaping crew has slacked off this 2006 season. The grass infront and to the side of our building is never completely cut.
