Upon letting the office know that I was preparing to move out, I received a huge checklist about what needed to be cleaned and how much I would be charged if I failed to do so. It was absolutely ridiculous how much they were going to charge for each item that was not cleaned or "suitable" by their standards. So I made it a point to clean my apartment like I have never cleaned before... I cleaned and bleached my shower/tub three times. I just received my security deposit back and what do you know they charged me over $150 dollars for "no attempt to clean" items on their list. It is absolutely frustrating to know that I cleaned the heck out of the place and still got charged. I called the office and there is obviously nobody higher to speak with. They just told me I could rate them online if I wanted to and so here it is. This is how they make their money so be sure to clean, clean, clean, cinderella!!! P.S. make it a point to be there for their inspection!
