As some of the previous commentors have mentioned the old female owner was downright rude, however her husband has always been extremely helpful and would take it upon himself to get things done. However a new owner has just recently stepped in replacing them. So far he has been even better than previous owners, maintenance can be a little slow at times but we have never really had major trouble. The pool is fun although packed during peak summer times. The rec center is outstanding for family get togethers we have our Christmas parties there every year and it is only 50 dollars for the 4 hours we spend there. Parking is not the best and you will some times have to walk a bit (about 300 feet at most) when parking at night. But, I don't know what the person was talking about when they said anyone could park here, the only other people who would use the parking spaces would be guests of residents.
