Been here 3 years and watched it get progressively more and more ghetto. Sure, the price is good compared to other complexes, but the neighborhood has gotten pretty trashy, loud, and basically run-down. Lots of drunk screaming at 3am, car alarms, trash heaped up around dumpsters, and now there's apparently someone breaking into cars in the parking lots. If I weren't relocating to another city, I would move to another complex.
