We have been here almost four months and so far are quite satisfied. The management is very friendly and courteous, as are the maintenance staff, who do things promptly and correctly. The apartment is spacious (1,174 sq. ft.), and the den off the living room is a nice plus. The amenities (clubhouse, swimming pool, sauna, exercise room and billiard room) are kept in good repair, but a whirlpool or jacuzzi in the swimming pool area would be nice. We wish the management would allow large dogs, as we had to return our Labrador retriever to his former owner when we moved. We also wish the apartment had a fireplace (at least two competitors have wood-burners and several others have gas fireplaces in the units). On the minus side is the scarcity of storage, which for us is an acute problem. Our only other complaint is the inconsiderate neighbor who dumps cigarette butts in the beds outside our window and onto our porch.
