The only good thing i can say about this place is that it was not expensive. when we moved in it seemed a nice neighborhood. That soon changed there are of parties on the weekends making it impossible to find parking on Friday night. I rented a garage because of this. They are cheaply constructed and smallish. Also, there is no access to it other than through the garage door, so you have to take your remote with you to open it. This was just a poor design. Speaking of poor design, the apartment appeared large on paper but the floor layout was awkward. There was never enough space in the kitchen and the over under washer in the bathroom leaves lint all over the place. In addition, getting packages from ups or fedex was a nightmare. They would not leave packages in the foyer of the apartments and the office would not accept deliveries. Unless somebody is home all day to get them you will probably have to drive to the fedex or ups delivery depot to get your packages as i did.
